Discipline

Learn it. Check it. Repeat it.

Discipline is the training school. The lessons are free. They teach you to understand a week, check it, and repeat it. They are not a plan for your body, and they are not a promised result.

Finish the course. That is the point, not collecting an email address. Coaching is the separate step, when you want the same ideas applied to your week, reviewed with you.

A public drill that other people can pass, and a count of people who finished a course, are not on this page yet. There is no invented scoreboard.

  • Learn it

The course is the lesson. A guru posts a session and says follow me. Discipline says pass the check.

  • Check it

The quiz, the log, and the question at the end of the work. You can get it wrong. That is the point.

  • Repeat it

A week you can do again. The school does not write your programme, and it does not promise a physique.

Courses

Four courses from the guides already written. Read them in order if you are new. Skip to the one that matches the problem in your week if you are not.

  1. Course 01

    Start

A first month you can actually finish. Learn a few sessions, leave on time, and add work only when those sessions are stable.

The check is whether you could repeat the sessions.

    Beginner Training

Your First Four Weeks in the Gym

A practical first month in the gym. Learn a few repeatable sessions, leave on time, and progress only when the work is stable.

  2. Course 02

    The week

Pick the days you will train, then fit the work to that week. If swimming is in the week as well, it has to live beside the lifting, not instead of a plan.

The check is the days you will actually train.

    Training Fundamentals

How to Choose a Training Split

Choose a weekly training split from the days you can keep, not from the most impressive template on the internet.

    Coaching Insight

    Swimming and Strength Training

How to keep swimming and strength training in the same week without letting one of them erase the other.

  3. Course 03

    Progress

Make the work slightly harder to repeat. Fat loss, when it is the goal, still keeps the lifting. The scale is not the only number that counts.

The check is a log that moved for a reason you can name.

    Fat Loss and Consistency

    Strength Training for Fat Loss

How strength training fits fat loss. Keep the lifting, tell the truth about food, and judge more than the scale.

  4. Course 04

    Review

Look at the week you did: loads, measurements, photos, habits, and the constraint that shaped it. Then decide the next block from that, not from a mood.

The check is a review that names more than one signal.

Checks

A check is something you can get wrong. These two are live. They do not diagnose you, and they do not store an account.

  • Training goal quiz

Four questions. The result points at one course and one coaching route. Nothing is stored.

  • Estimated 1RM calculator

An estimate from a set you already finished. It is a comparison, not a weight to attempt.

Want the longer version of a check? Start with the How to Track Gym Progress Beyond the Scale course, then the quiz.

Want this applied to your week?

Discipline is the school. Coaching is the plan, the review, and the adjustments. Start with a conversation if you want the second part.
