Check
Session review
A session counts when you can describe it. This check asks whether you logged it, whether it was the session you planned, whether the reps stayed honest, and whether you can train again.
How the result is chosen
- A joint that feels wrong, dizziness, or effort that is not ordinary ends the check. The page tells you to stop and get it looked at. It does not name an injury.
- A different workout from the one you planned does not pass. Next time, do the written session.
- A session that is not written down does not pass. Memory edits the numbers.
- Messy reps, several changes at once, or soreness that makes the next day uncertain means reduce. Do not add load.
- A planned, logged, tidy session you can repeat is a pass. One small step is then available. Not three.
The longer version of a review is how to track progress beyond the scale.
