Process
How Paradox Fitness Coaching Works
01
Consultation
We start with a conversation: what you want, what training you have done, which days are realistic, and where you will train. This is not a medical assessment. If you are unsure whether you should begin exercise, speak to a qualified clinician first.
02
Assessment and goal setting
The first plan is deliberately clear. It uses movements you can learn, a schedule that fits your life, and enough practice to build confidence. It is a starting structure, not a permanent identity.
03
Your tailored plan
Progress is a decision made from your log, not from a feeling that you should suffer more. When a session is repeatable, we raise the demand. When life gets loud, we keep the thread instead of scrapping the plan.
04
Review, progression, and support
The aim is a way of training you can still use in six months. That includes how you warm up, how you record sessions, how you eat in a way you can live with, and when to hold steady. Plans change. The standard of honesty does not.
Plans adapt. A week of travel, poor sleep, or a change of gym is a reason to adjust the work, not a reason to declare the whole thing failed. Progression is earned when the current sessions are repeatable.
Progress is individual. Two people can follow a similar structure and move at different speeds. Photos, loads, and habits are context, not a leaderboard. Read how to track progress beyond the scale and the results page.
Questions
Will the plan stay the same for months?
No. A useful plan changes when your schedule, recovery, or ability changes. The point of review is to keep the work relevant, not to give you a new personality every Monday.
How quickly will I notice progress?
People differ. Early progress is often consistency, better positions, and confidence with the session. Strength and physique changes take longer and are not linear. Nothing here is a promise of a timeline.
